About Product Hunt Medals

I've noticed there's a "k" medal besides my name, but I'm not sure exactly how many points you need for bronze, silver, and gold medals and what can you exactly do with them. Can someone shed some lights on this? The only official explaination I've found is here(https://help.producthunt.com/en/...) but didn't specify the specific points.
