finding the right language to get people speaking?

i'll open my community up for debate here- we're basically rebranding our website, getting a first product demo video on the front page and building a community around making remote interactions human and building better futures. we've got a bunch of campaigns- one is "5 questions with", the other is getting guest content and today we've launched some form of a thought-pill editorial called "bean weekly". the idea is to get people to speak and share opinions- however it takes time to develop an engaging language, so if anyone could give us some feedback, that'd be great. this is the first editorial: https://mean-bean.com/2020/10/03/productivity-is-dead/ thank youuu!
