During the early stages of the company, you're still testing each feature and the net return/validation

What development strategies have you implemented to make this extremely affective for you ?

I'll kick off:

We breakdown each feature based on intent, intent based upon our goal and our goal based upon our north star

Depending on this we allocate a set time budget (not cost but time budget) to each feature we want to build, rule of thumb is a feature should not take more than a week to build V1 and needs to launch within 1.5 weeks and full tested in 2 weeks MAX

This was we can break down bigger features into smaller segments and helps us analyse how we can be more efficient with our time and risk input/output efforts
