Here are some answers you might not get from others - other than maybe @denis_tl...
If you aren't sleeping your productivity drops faster than you might think. Getting only 5 hours of sleep a night for a couple of weeks can give you the same performance loss as not sleeping for 3 straight days. You start making bad decisions, you become more reactive, and your stress increases.

You have to put personal maintenance first. Working on your own you can end up out of routines, procrastinating, then working late. Burnout is very possible, and affects you a lot faster than you think.
A good way to approach the day is thinking about what you need to do to have a good sleep. How much can you realistically get done? What do you need to do for yourself (eating, exercise,...

We can build rituals around New Years that are effective. The problem is that, like any goal, sometimes making it is enough and we never end up doing it.
Nobody achieves everything they set out to achieve. That just makes them people.

Well, technically if you're overwhelmed then something isn't fulfilling. You're managing a bunch of obligations, rather than doing things that are good for you and give you a sense of purpose. Take care of yourself first. Take regular stock of your priorities and what's working for you. And as a busy person, pareto principal is always a good idea for every aspect of life. Focus on being effective.

Group support. Most apps focused on well-being just provide meditations or soundscapes. We provide intensive programs and group therapy, which can be expensive for a lot of people but can be delivered affordably online. Because we're not location based we can also do things like create specialized support groups (entrepreneurs, women in menopause, people with ADHD, separate secure area for...

Making an Ad
We're experimenting with some ad messaging. We've done some content that did well, but we think we need to establish a different direction to move people beyond engagement. Would love feedback if anyone has it - if it speaks to you, if it loses you, overall impression. Thanks!

There's no work/life balance. There is life. Work is part of it. How big a part is individual.
Being holistically effective is important. The idea that things with change once we've achieved Big Goal X can be a mental trap. No one area of our lives can make us happy on it's own.
For entrepreneurs I think that support groups (and real friends) are really valuable. It helps maintain perspective.

Currently working on well-being programs grounded in evolutionary psychology and biochemistry. It's exciting because we can deliver substantial change in a really short period of time. Also we're focused on really high quality content, which is fun.
I also have a solo design company @ humanizer.co and am working with a few startups.

I think a lot of things can benefit from being built with a social network. Niche social networks should be bigger IMO. The big names are too big and broad, and the little ones are too little.
Something that connects people in film/TV/advertising, for example, or people in construction, or people with burnout/depression/anxiety. These are big populations, with lots in common, and LinkedIn/FB...
