Wouldn't say we commonly had problems but starting small and increasing project size over time is a must so you don't end stuck with with a relationship that doesn't really work.
Yes, I am working with overseas developers and the project is above cost and it’s taken a lot longer. Granted the scope did change and I’m not wanting to release a sub par platform but I would love to raise capital and bring development in house.
