I don't think minimalism will kill creativity; on the contrary, I think it may help designers challenge the limitations they face. When you were a kid, the teacher asked you to draw on a white piece of paper. You wouldn't say, 'This is too small; I want to draw on a big white wall.' Instead, you would allow your creativity to take flight on that piece of paper, and everyone would create unique,...

Hybrid work has a great balance. It gives you the freedom to work from home when you need to focus or manage personal commitments. At the same time, having designated days in the office allows for face-to-face communication, which can enhance team dynamics and productivity.

I love listening to music, reading books, or just browsing online. It's nice to explore stuff that's not related to my work. And sometimes, a new idea will just pop out.

From my experience, regular stand-ups are a must, but video calls are where the magic happens. There’s a big difference between just hearing someone and actually seeing them—video calls help keep everyone on the same page and connected emotionally.
One-on-one meetings can also be valuable. It's a great way to align personal goals with company objectives, so everyone stays satisfied and motivated.

What’s your strategy for optimizing bidding in Apple Search Ads?
I’m curious to know how others are optimizing their bidding strategy on Apple Search Ads. Specifically, how do you determine when and by how much to increase or decrease your Cost-Per-Tap (CPT) bids? What metrics or signals do you rely on to make these decisions?

I’ve tried both approaches, and I’ve found that focusing on one main task a day works best for me. It’s difficult for me to switch between tasks without losing time and momentum.
When it comes to marketing materials, the approach really depends on your type of content. Social media often requires following trends, so while you can definitely plan your posts and prepare materials in advance,...

You can check out apps similar to yours or your competitors to see what they're doing, the channels they use, and what type of content engages their audience the most. Start from there and experiment with those strategies. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach, especially in the online world where things are constantly evolving. You can always adjust your direction based on the results you see.

Hi everyone, I’m Ting, co-founder of QuoteMark. We hope our app brings a more personal and connected experience to your book-reading and motivation journey.
So, how did we come up with the idea? It all started while I was reading "How to Take Smart Notes". I was deeply inspired by the "slip-box" (Zettelkasten) method—a system designed to connect ideas and build knowledge incrementally. I...
