Our entire team is 2 college student devs. We've built 100% of our product and have engineering experience, nothing related to marketing or business. What's the best way to start getting outreach or bring others aboard? Any advice on how to proceed?

You can check out apps similar to yours or your competitors to see what they're doing, the channels they use, and what type of content engages their audience the most. Start from there and experiment with those strategies. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach, especially in the online world where things are constantly evolving. You can always adjust your direction based on the results you see.
