People don't know you out there, esp if you're trying to get your first 10 users. - If you have a freemium version, offer the free trial to users on Twitter in exchange for feedback. Many people out there would love to help you. Hey Marko, I'm near the 700 mark but have been growing fast of late. Here's what worked for me: - Engage with accounts of a similar size - Build in public - Talk about what you're learning and building - Genuinely interact with people and add as much value as you can - Connect with folks in DMs. That's where real relationships are built

- Think of a few interesting ideas to build - If you don't have any, just pick a simple marketplace like business (say Airbnb), and start replicating it in the no-code tool of your choice - You could build the app in Bubble and design the entire site in Webflow/Wix As @jakub_piskor said, you'll learn the most by doing. The idea doesn't really matter.

- Fun - Short - To the point - Informative - Feels like a conversation - Great writing that flows seemlessly Do go through the Milk Road newsletter by @shaanvp - Checks every single point.

You should check out @5harath on Twitter and PH. He has some great content on community building as a new founder/company.

Nobody in my entire circle uses fb anymore. Maybe it's time has come? But then again, Facebook as a company (Meta) is here to stay for a long long time.
