People don't know you out there, esp if you're trying to get your first 10 users.
- If you have a freemium version, offer the free trial to users on Twitter in exchange for feedback. Many people out there would love to help you. If you get good value, why not extend their free trial indefinitely
- Ask these users to suggest more potential folks to get in touch with
- Talk about your journey of building the SaaS product on platforms like Indiehackers or Indie Worldwide
- Talk about this journey on Linkedin. You might even attract potential investors or people willing to join your team in the long run

I've got nearly 100 users in 3 days for my SaaS business... How?
Even before my business was fully ready I've started joining many FB SaaS groups..
I started connecting with admins of those groups as well as with people..
One of the admins excepted to make a post in his group about my product and he advised me to give away some freebies too...
When the product was fully ready, we made a post and ended up with 100 new users in 3 days... Even though they are free users, they will give valuable feedback and leave review on TrustPilot, etc...
Now im submitting my product on producthint, AppSumo...

I think the very first users, early adopters, don't necessarily need to be the future recurring users, but rather have the power to influence your future target audience.
And since you asked about the first ten, then marketing tools are not necessary - direct approach should work just fine, and to honest, better than anything else.
