It totally depends person to person but I think one thing that can work out for everyone is remembering why you started. there are moments where we feel demotivated and that's okay. Planning and scheduling my tasks or work related aspects, implementing that schedule, religiously following that schedule works the best for me to get things done. Allow yourself some leisure, don't overwork yourself.

I was 17 when I gave my first interview. I am sort of an introvert and find it difficult to open up and completely be myself but surprisingly I did well. I answered calmly and I remained composed throughout. Though I might have stammered a bit but it went well considering it was my first time

I often realize I am spending a lot of time on screen, quitting social media for bit can be an alternative temporary solution but once you are back at it you will get addicted again. However keeping yourself busy with other activities and dedicating certain amount of time to socials helps better.

Learning a skill is always beneficial but depends upon the requirement of the task, if it needs expertise in the particular area hiring someone well skilled is always an better option. If you have the leisure of time and the role/task permits a fresher you should learn it yourself
Would you rather learn a skill or hire someone skilled in the said topic?
