I am a relatively new user. 43 might be my total days since signing up 😂 The highest number so far has been 13, but it´s usually not higher than 5. I try to keep my weekends separated from work and I suggest everyone to take a day off once in a while. 🌞

I would love to create more structure for my day(s). Going with the flow haven`t worked for me that well, at least in areas where something needs to get done.

For me it's all about cutting out distractions. Then it all happens naturally and I am deeply immersed in whatever I am doing.

Success in itself doesn`t mean much to me. It usually appears like some external, oftentimes syntetic validation of one´s worth or effort. It has never been my driving force. I used to keep a journal prior to reading them and I kept different kinds of journals afterwards. Earlier versions were more of a diary, then expanded in sketchbooks, notebooks with articles from magazines, photo books, pinterest...

I meditate and / or listen to calming music SO THAT I can fall asleep.

It definitely affected my mood and overall energy, therefore productivity levels as well. To counteract this, I take vitamin D supplements and go for regular walks.

For me works anything with music, water and self expression really. I just need to get in touch with my emotions ( cause of stress) to move them through the body and then sooth them. It can be swiming, dancing, singing, talking things out with someone, creating art etc.

Hi, @yanismellata I suspect most people would find it easier to be collaborative when working face to face with the team. It's just human nature. It's easier to get to know someone, understand their skill sets / personalities, communicate and build trust within a team which are all important components of successful collaboration. With that being said, successful collaboration IS also possible...

I would say all mentioned are playing an important role. Additionally overall chemistry and compatibility / complementing personalities and skill sets within any given team. And not to forget team spirit and dedication to one's work and growth.
