Possibly the hardest for me it's been having to let a part of the team go. The hardest part of it, it's that this was exclusively due to financial condition (COVID), and those that I had to let go really did a great job before then... eventually, as things proved, that was the right choice, as this allowed to continue running the business, and things eventually got better, to the point we could...

Legit, walked them into the ap by hand! No friends and family, rather, asked firends and family who had the problem we were trying to solve, and then contacted their contacts! How about you?

I'd started the hiring process before having secured the cash from investors! Making things the safe way isn't anyway a thing in a start up, so waiting to have hte cash in the bank before hiring was a mistake, or at least, made us delay for no reason!
Ever experienced that feeling of having to dare more with the business @katyaveremeichik?

I think remote makes everyone's life better, this being said, it's great to meet in person once a while. What do you think @saifali97 ?
Do you prefer remote, hybrid or in-person?
