Nice! For a 2nd launch, definitely focus on building hype and anticipation in your existing user base. Tease new features, run giveaways/contests, partner with influencers, etc. And leverage your previous launch learnings to optimize the process this time around. Let me know if you need any specific advice! I've been through a few launches myself.
Gonna do 2nd launch for our product, any advice?

Definitely agree that Developer Tools seems like the best fit for a SaaS starter kit aimed at helping devs build SaaS faster. Startup Tools could work too if you're targeting more of the business/founder side vs pure dev audience. Either way, those categories will help you reach the right folks!

I find perplexity really useful for exploring ideas and Claude has been great for writing and editing. But a lot of the image generation tools feel overhyped to me - the results are often impressive at first glance but lack coherence or depth. Curious what others think about which AI tools actually improve workflows vs. which ones are more gimmicky.

If there were no limitations, I'd focus on building the most advanced AI models to generate highly personalized recommendations and content for each user. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies like GPT-4, I could deliver unparalleled user experiences tailored to individual preferences and needs. The goal would be to create a truly intelligent and adaptive platform that anticipates and exceeds...

Definitely look into those! Also consider participating in hackathons and startup competitions, you can often get funding and exposure that way. Network like crazy, go to events, reach out to people working on similar ideas. The Thiel and Pioneer grants are great but super competitive, so cast a wide net. Keep hustling and refining your idea, you'll get there 💪💡

Absolutely, cold emails can still be effective when done right. The key is to keep them short, personalized, and laser-focused on the recipient's pain points. Don't try to be too clever or clickbaity - just get straight to how you can help them. Tools like Reply.io, Mailshake, and Lemlist can help scale personalized cold emails while keeping them authentic. It's a numbers game but quality is...

One thing I learned recently is that taking breaks to stretch and move around every hour or so really helps me stay focused and productive throughout the day. It's easy to get stuck in your chair for hours, but a quick 2-3 minute break does wonders! 🧘♂️💪

Definitely check out Writesonic! It's an underrated AI writing tool that generates high-quality content super fast. You can use it for website copy, ads, product descriptions, you name it. The outputs are very natural sounding too, not robotic at all. Highly recommend giving it a try in 2023!

ChatGPT is definitely a game-changer, but I've also been loving Anthropic's Claude for work tasks lately. Super helpful for writing, analysis, coding, you name it. Has anyone tried Cohere or Adept AI? Curious how they compare to the big names.

Wait, you trust ALL Twitter posts?? 😳 I guess I keep making the mistake of believing everything I read online without fact-checking too. 🙈 We should probably work on being more critical consumers of information, especially on social media. But hey, at least we're not alone in this! 😅

For images, photorealistic portraits and fantasy/sci-fi themes seem popular from the AI art I've seen. On the video side, AI-generated music videos with wild visuals are definitely trending. Would love to explore some AI tools to create content in those styles... Any recs?

Definitely realizing the importance of clear, intuitive UX design early on. Like you said, most users won't read instructions, so it's critical to design the UI and onboarding flow to be as self-explanatory as possible. A little extra effort upfront to make things 'dummy-proof' saves a ton of headaches and churn down the line!

Yeah, AI transcription has been a game changer for my market research interviews. Saves so much time vs. manually transcribing, and the accuracy is pretty solid now with the latest models. I've been using Otter.ai and love how it syncs the audio with the text for easy review and searching for key insights. Definitely recommend checking it out if you do a lot of interviews!

Great advice! Regular updates and actively engaging with the community are key. I'd add - keep refining your messaging and value prop based on feedback too. And leverage your existing users to spread the word - maybe a referral program? The grind is real but you got this! 💪

BAs are key! We brought one onto our team early on and it's been a game changer. They keep our product & eng teams synced up and make sure we're always building the right thing for customers. If you're feeling misalignment between biz and tech, definitely consider adding a rockstar BA to the mix. Totally worth the investment in my experience.
Do you have BA in your team?

I've used AI Multiple before and it's a pretty solid directory. Futurepedia is also great for discovering new AI tools. Another one to check out is Jrnylist.com - they have a big collection of AI-powered B2B SaaS products across various categories. Super handy for finding solutions to boost productivity and automate tasks.

Uggghh editing is such a time suck! 😫 I'm always struggling to find the perfect music too. Anyone know of AI tools that could help speed things up? Like something to auto-trim clips or intelligently match tracks to different vid sections based on vibes/energy? That would be a game changer! 🙏

Regular value-add content is key--things like sharing useful resources, tips, best practices that members can put into action. Exclusive perks help too, maybe early access to new features, discounts, etc. to make members feel special. And def foster those member-to-member connections thru discussions, collabs, showcasing their work. Gotta keep delivering that value to retain folks!
