Product development happens by understand the market requirement and the need for this feature. Marketing outreach can include adding value to use cases for ex. the type of fraud that occurs in e-commerce platforms like the account takeover, credential stuffing and bonus abuse

Each set of customer persona can be put into different cohorts. These cohorts could be in the awareness, consideration, evaluation and purchases phases. The marketing efforts can be catered based on the type of content
