One of the best courses I've ever taken online is the ULab program from the Presencing Institute. This really opened up my understanding of the power of deep listening and how to bring awareness based practices into the context of entrepreneurship. It's fundamentally changed how I approach everything.

For me, I think soft skills work best in a conversational format. This is also the stuff that makes the biggest difference in running a startup. Things like leadership are not linear. They're relational and emotional and it helps to explore and learn this kinds of things through conversation.

This looks super useful. Right now I store documents like this in Dropbox and it's always a bit of a pain. This looks like a perfect solution.

Be consistent and stay with it.

I feel like it’s mostly about who you’re connected to. Everyone appreciates authenticity and vulnerability. If you can be real about your successes and failures, people will appreciate what you share.

For me it needs to have clear utility and something I can get a sense of how to use within minutes. I encounter so many fancy looking products where I just can’t figure out how to use them within a few minutes and I just give up.

lol. As a founder I don’t really have three days weekends. National holidays aren’t really holidays for me. I do try to take one day off though on Saturdays.

I practice yoga and meditation every morning for about 2.5 hours. This is what I need to stay regulated and in a good head space with everything I have to deal with as a founder. I also try to limit caffeine, dairy, and sugar.

What exactly do you mean by AI playing sports for us?

Hands down AI. But beyond that the convergence of AI, nanotech, stuff like Neuralink, and VR.

I've met with a few people who cold emailed me and it's always been an interested experience. I always learn a lot. I do a lot of cold outreach myself, sending out about 1000 emails a day. A lot of what I learned about how to do that came from meeting people who cold emailed me.

LOL, maybe your question should be which Zodiac signs are more entrepreneurial?

The problem in this particular context is that many people here are building an audience to promote their products so they're trying to stay positive and say the right thing or just maintain activity. Reddit doesn't have that problem.
