The perfect time to launch is when you have a functional product/MVP. Gathering early feedback is always good, and remember, PH allows relaunching. Launch again when you think you've made significant improvements to your offering.

A product that surprises me, may be

Imagine if, like Android apps go to the Play Store, OpenAI wants apps built using its APIs to hit the GPT Store. Not too crazy, right? Think Shopify or Zoho stores. Big companies have their own apps ecosystems. Just hoping it's not a closed system, and we can drop our OpenAI-based apps on GPT Store and also have them standalone.
