Is anyone building multiple products for totally different purposes at the same time?
Coming from big tech, I've been fascinated by the differences between developing B2B and B2C products on my own with my 2B product www.procure.fyi and my consumer product www.byeextension.com.
One of the biggest differences I is of course the feedback loop. While the development cycle for B2B products is relatively shorter, the feedback loop is much slower. However, because I am targeting a...

Has anyone's chrome extension required to go through casa tier 2 verification?
My extension (https://byeextension.com/) is required to go through a further casa tier 2 verification after passing an initial screening, I am confused as to what triggered this requirement and how to best proceed, does any have experience and can provide some insight?
Thanks

Are people in start up/enterprise concerned about their SaaS cost or if they are paying too much?
Very curious if this is something people in earlier stage company concerned about. Say how do you know if your SaaS sales or your negotiation partner is bluffing you by inflating the price they quoted?
One of my projects is using publicly available data to help people in established medium-sized enterprises benchmark their SaaS price, you can look up prices from 40k transactions/contracts...

What is your user research process for something like a Chrome extension?
A general newbie question: I understand for general-purpose apps or SaaS products we should have a user research process, but for a niche use case like a chrome extension to clear out trash and spams, or filter out keywords on twitter, which is based on creators' own experience, what is the user research experience like for you guys?

For people work(ed) in both big tech and their own product, how's PM different between the 2?
I feel those are two completely different jobs, in big tech PM is upward management, convince engineers, talk to customers and sell your product, each takes 40 30 30 percent of your energy. For your own product, customer is 50% execution is 50%, curious if anyone else think differently?

Do you think the AI rush we are seeing now just a fad or the beginning of revolution?
A lot of debate on how innovative the technology is, how useful and accurate the out put is, we are seeing big multi hundred million dollar rounds, is this another fad? Or we are seeing the beginning of a true revolution?

Ups and downs with my first no code tool launch last year, we are a database + strategic service platform, https://www.procure.fyi/, the database part is doing well and gaining traction, and the strategic service platform is going through product validation

Built my first SaaS site with no code tools, any suggestion on my messaging and usability?
Hi all, I started a project with my partner because we both are so frustrated how opaque and difficult it is to buy a simple enterprise software in our jobs. So our goal is to become the largest database for public SaaS procurement pricing, and built a platform where people can request quotes for software they want to buy. I built a database with Airtable and website, including prototype price...
