A simple product that solves a specific problem is x10 better than 20 features in your app. I'd rather focus in making it perfect, and only adding features when you REALLY need them.

Grow a small community in social media (takes 1-3 weeks) -> notify them regularly about the launch. Pretty much free. You can pay for shoutouts in social media by micro-influencers, and they are usually very cheap (1 charged me 6$ for 1 story shoutout in insta)

Whenever I see a tool with pay-per-use I just run from it. It makes sense but what if you randomly make a mistake, now boom you own a lot of $$$. Monthly sub is the best for a lot of cases, and I try to use it as well in my products. Simple pricing and simple to cancel.

It'd be amazing if we had a tool to automatically fix bugs no matter the scale of the app.

Simplicity, I want to take notes in 2-3 seconds max. and be able to find them even faster. It makes no sense if you note taking app opens 3 random popups every time you open it, or has random features everywhere. Imo it should be organized like a real notebook basically, and best example I have so far is Notion.

I've only been using gpt-4o-mini through api, and its quite cheap for me considering what you can build with it.

I remove all distractions, such as phone, external light, music, etc. helps me stay focused a lot.

Have you tried hotjar? I've also used fullstory before, and its really nice to see your users interact with your app directly.

As someone who quit his job to focus in building products. I can say the biggest struggle was anxiety that it might not work. Though I recently got over it and nothing seems so scary now. This is a big relief and will allow me to build better products. What about you?
