iBoysoft MagicMenu is a handy productivity tool for Mac users to customize and enhance the Finder context menu. With a right-click, you can quickly create new files, move or transfer files, access documents, software, or URLs, and copy file paths. Additionally, you can add extensions to convert images, find duplicate files, compress files, uninstall apps, capture screenshots, hide files, and quickly open target files with iTerm2, among others.
We hadn't realized that the feature of creating extensions for right-click actions is such a standout competitive highlight among its peers.
Why don't we connect on X space and discuss such topics on detail. ?
Whenever I used to get 5 stars for our product, it used to give me so much motivation. I stayed in my job because of those 5 stars for 3+ years. Otherwise I would have left long ago.
Besides this, whenever we got 3 star, I used to talk to them and work on those feedback, then ask users to edit the feedback after their problem is resolved.
Game changing insights for us : It was mainly they needed someone to talk, help them guiding since our product was edtech courses.

I got an advice once from a very experienced UI/UX designer that I should build my products around the users problems and help them solve them as efficiently as possible, instead of just building interfaces and features that are not connected properly.
