What are some of the best launch tactics you’ve seen that don’t require a big budget?

Grow a small community in social media (takes 1-3 weeks) -> notify them regularly about the launch. Pretty much free. You can pay for shoutouts in social media by micro-influencers, and they are usually very cheap (1 charged me 6$ for 1 story shoutout in insta)
