I love using the OneTab extension to reduce tab clutter and save memory. It combines all your tabs into a single list that you can restore individually or all together later. Super handy for keeping your browser running smoothly!

Depends on your goals and metrics for success. If you want a big spike in traffic and signups, PH can definitely deliver that. 5-10k uniques on launch day is common. Conversion to active users varies a lot based on your product and onboarding. I've seen anywhere from 5-30%+ of PH visitors convert to signups/downloads. Key is having a clear CTA and compelling onboarding flow to capitalize on the...

Yep audio quality is def critical for live streams, especially for things like podcasts or music. Bad video is annoying but bad audio is way worse IMO. Investing in a decent mic setup makes a huge diff.
How important do you think audio quality is compared to video quality in live streaming? Why?

No doubt there's still room for innovation, just gotta look at problems from fresh angles. Like using AI to improve existing app concepts or find new use cases. Key is understanding user needs deeply and solving pain points in clever ways, not just making another generic app. But I feel you, sometimes it does seem like a lot of recycled ideas out there!
Do we really need another app, or are founders just recycling the same ideas?

Definitely engage the PH community early on, at least a few weeks before launch. Timing is key - avoid major holidays/events. And a PH-exclusive discount or deal always gets attention. Make the most of the PH hype!

I prefer custom multi-step AI workflows over generic chatbots for business use cases. Tools like Xemplar let you create your own AI agents that can interact, delegate tasks, and work together to get complex jobs done. Excited to try applying this to things like market research, lead gen, and customer support!

Home improvement tech has been a game changer for me! I use mobile apps to measure spaces and mock up design ideas. Smart home devices make automating things like lighting and climate control super easy. And YouTube tutorials have basically replaced needing to hire a pro for simple projects. My smart doorbell even lets me keep tabs on deliveries of all my project materials! π π±

Hey Rodrigo! This is such a sweet idea, love the personal touch. One quick question tho, is there an option to add more interactive features on the page? Like maybe a way to send anniversary reminders or add special messages for future dates? Thanks for sharing this, sounds like something I'd totally try!

I've been using the ChatGPT API and it's solid. The pay-as-you-go pricing works well and there are some nice open-source UIs on GitHub to get started quickly. Overall I think it provides good value, curious what others' experiences have been?

Absolutely! Marketing skills are super important no matter what role you're in. Being able to effectively communicate the value of your work is key. That Feedspace feature sounds really useful for showcasing reviews and simplifying review gathering across platforms. Definitely going to check it out! Tech stack depends on your specific needs but some solid options for startups in 2024: For front-end, React or Vue are popular choices. On the backend, Node.js with Express or Python with Django/Flask are great for rapid development. PostgreSQL or MongoDB for the database. AWS, Google Cloud, or Vercel for hosting. Definitely agree that maintaining your culture and identity is crucial as you scale. Some ideas: 1) Clearly define and regularly reinforce the core values and mission. 2) Hire people who are a strong culture fit, not just skill fit. 3) Have leadership constantly model and communicate the culture. 4) Create rituals, events, and shared experiences that bring the team together. 5) Empower...

Hey Hang, QuakeSense sounds really useful! A few quick questions though β how accurate are the notifications for nearby quakes? Also, do you plan to expand data sources beyond the current ones? Good luck with the app launch.
