I would say it's about getting the first feature list sorted out of what you want to launch for and also having a distribution plan for how you will be attracting the first 10 customers.

Lack of vision plus lack of effort for distribution. I thought I would have an idea to launch it, and then it would pick up, but it's not always like that.

I would say I mostly like the indiehacker website. It is really good for the launch of side projects and has a good community there as well.

Like-minded people, but there are so many big companies launching products here that it has become a problem for people just looking to launch their products to get feedback. Apart from that, I love connecting with people here and looking at launch products.

I do that, too, for cold emails. The main thing was the open rate with copy, timing, and email because if you don't do it correctly, you can quickly get into a spam folder. So, I'm curious if there is a product out there that takes care of that.

I think it was when I had an idea and launched it when I was 21 years old that I realized it's not just about launching the product. There has to be some work done before and after launch, plus you need to be consistent before and after launch for distribution.
Best ideas don't win the market; distribution makes the difference in whether this will work or not.
