IMHO it's just a clever business case to generate income with the free content of good old Wikipedia. I can not see any advantage by using Wikiwand, moreover the new AI tools often generate factual faults!

Wikipedia is not reliable & misleading.

By Dae Yun Kim: basically WikiWand copy from Wikipedia. Anyway Wikipedia claim, Pacific International University is diploma mill, but this claim is definitly misleading publc. Because I attended California Pacific School Of Theology, Glendale, California(associated with Pacific International University)physically(in campus)for 2years(suppose to take longer, but I transferred 24 units from other university)& went through all the required process(include dissertation) in order to receive Pacific International University degree(Ph.D. In Theology). And also since University degrees are religious degrees, university are exempted from U.S. department education regulation & standard. Therefore university degrees are constitutional, lawful & legal. Therefore university degrees are recognized by religeous organization. And therefore graduates became victims of misinformations. And these celebrities became victims: degrees recipients=Pat Boone(singer), Warren Duffy(radio personality), Ye Young Su(Korean Professor), John Blanchard(Preacher), Jack Van Impe(televangelist), Carl Baugh(creationist). Award recipient(David Hocking). Key note speakers: Pat Boone(U.S. presidential candidate/former), Jerry Falwell(former Liberty University President). And also reviews are posted to Yelp/Pacific International University(Victoria, Australia), VolunteerMatch/Pacific International University, Trustpilot/wikipedia, Sitejabber/wikipedia, Mouthshut/wikipedia, Common Sense Media/wikipedia.

Review of WikiWand

WikiWand is an essential browser plugin. Wikipedia is a mainstay of the Internet, but let's face it: the formatting is horrible. Proper formatting can help with readability and the ability to quickly digest information. WikiWand provides that.

The plugin automatically reformats any Wikipedia page you visit, making it more readable and reduces how far your eye has to track across the screen. There are some basic formatting adjustments, which are nice.

Once you've used WikiWand and then see a normal Wikipedia page you'll really notice the difference and how spoiled WikiWand makes you.

It's a must-have plugin.

Review of WikiWand
It's horrible. It completely destroys infoboxes, arbitrarily turns images into banners, removes descriptions including vital context on images and just defaces pages in completely nonsensical ways. It only has a superficial veneer of 'polish' but it messes up the formatting of pages and charts in simple ways. I will take a design that is robust, predictable and 'basic' over one that is 'pretty' but behaves in the stupidest of ways. It doesn't have to be like that, but it's obvious if you look at any number of diverse pages, that very little work was put into this, it's really quite shallow.
