Congrats on the launch Maria! I learned about CBT last year when I was experiencing anxiety, and I have benefited from journaling on a notebook ever since. Just downloaded Unstuck on iPad, and I already love the mental health/thinking trap insights feature. Can't wait to try digital journaling and compare the differences.
