The only reason Chatbots struggle to convert visitors for B2B is because they either (A) require humans to be awesome (like what Rep.ai used to be - ServiceBell) or because they (B) are text-only, unintelligent automations (maybe some ChatGPT-on-the-site but that's not what we need in demand gen is it?). Rep.ai is the next evolution, for sure. Excited to see where this goes.
