Felix is a developer-turned-scammer! He disabled the free-for-life AppSumo accounts of those who trusted and gave him money when he was desperate to grow the business. Thanks for showing yourself; now we (users and investors) know who you are.
I got scammed by the founders of RankTracker. Just like many others, I bought the lifetime deal and now I’m being forced to buy a yearly Support plan I don’t need before I can regain access to the tool I paid for.
Ranktracker Great Tool, shady practices
RankTracker, a remarkable program for SEO enthusiasts, has unfortunately taken a disappointing turn. The company's decision to lock out its loyal LTD (Lifetime Deal) users and push them to pay for annual support is a letdown.
Many of us early supporters had stood by RankTracker during its infancy, but these recent business practices raise concerns. Despite its exceptional software, these practices cast a shadow on an otherwise outstanding tool.
These questionable business practices have left many with reservations about their commitment to their customers.
At the time of writing this review I've been locked out for several week.
All I want is what I paid for!

Used this tool for some time - wasted money and that's it. Poor functionality, constantly failed payment procedures, low-quality content. I am very disappointed. Plus their customer support is awful - they say they have a live chat on the website, but it is not the live chat - you just send them an email and wait until they wake up to answer you six hours later. If they answer at all.

Long term user. My account was disabled. I asked the owner in support why my account was disabled, he plays like he doesn't know the reason and that he will have support fix the problem. 3 weeks later I see this happened to others. I asked if they will fix my account and the owner tells me they will email me, his way of saying don't bug us anymore. Paid user and they permanently disabled my account. So many better options to waste anymore time with these people.
A fraud, owner is a scammer.
Like many others, we have been denied our account. We paid for a lifetime license, but a few months later we can no longer use the service. When you contact Felix (the owner), he claims not to know what's going on, and informs us that we have to subscribe to a recurring yearly premium support... except that he knows perfectly well what's going on. A total hypocrite as on top of being dishonest.
I recently had a terrible experience with RankTracker. Their service was not working due to servers being offline and their support team were very hostile and unhelpful when I contacted them. When the servers were back online, my account did not have any plan so I was unable to use it again. When I asked for help again, they told me will help according to the contract in 14 working days, so this is how much will take them to assign my account to the plan again. I was very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend RankTracker to anyone.

I tried to find you via our support system but was unable to find you with the name Loan Marica. So not sure if this review is 100% legit.
But anyways, if you had purchased via appsumo yes the partnership agreement is 14 business days for resolution of the issue. This is why you would have been told this.
