Yes, we have been working with many small startups who may not receive a lot of feedback, but they have been conducting experiments with their beta or early users.
In the early stages, we have observed two sources from which they obtain feedback:
1. They frequently engage in calls with potential users or current users to gather early feedback.
2. They receive a significant amount of feedback within the product itself or via support channels.
Therefore, for both of these use cases, we provide integrations to assist them in collecting feedback from calls. Additionally, we offer feedback widgets that can be installed inside the product in less than 30 seconds.

Every feedback that lands on Olvy first hits our filtering model, and is them passed through a mix of off-the-shelf foundational models, and our own fine-tuned ones which are built for the feedback analysis use-case.
This is amazing. And the website is one of the best I've seen in much time! I'm wondering, is there an in-app chat? Or does it automate emails? We don't like using private chats for feedback...

There are multiple ways you can bring in feedback into Olvy, like automatically importing from Slack, Discord, PlayStore, etc.
You can also add an in-app widget to Olvy to allow your users to give you feedback, and we have integrations with email, CRMs, your existing in-app chat tool as well.
