I personally use Microthemer for its SASS-functionality. It is so convenient and works so well that this is a default part of my WordPress stack. scss partials can easily be mimicked with the folder functionality. You can easily turn on/off parts of the scss. Reloading is instant as you type, so no saving to see what you're doing. Overall a fantastic product.
