Folk is so amazing. It covers multiple use-cases, solves a wide array of pain points… their vision is unique, fresh, innovative! And the product is just awesome.

It's a fantastic system, but I wish the lower-cost versions had more features. I'm currently using it to manage my design projects from start to finish, and it has been incredibly valuable to me. However, I won't be able to continue with the paid version and will have to switch back to the free version. It would be ideal if there was an "à la carte" option where I could select and pay for only the features I need to use, without having to pay for the entire system with features I won't use. Either way, it's an excellent and user-friendly system with great versatility.

The features are all amazing, and industry standard. Icing in the cake is pricing is a small fraction of what those huge organisations charge.

Great support and platform. Moved from another CRM platform and the simplicity of Close was a breath of fresh air.

This is a very powerful CRM for businesses that work tightly in Google ecosystem - Gmail, Calendar, Meet, etc. You simply have all CRM information inside those apps - create new contact from incoming email, have CRM records linked to Calendar events, workflows inside your Gmail interface.

It should be a much needed and very good product for the corporates who struggle with payments/ accounting issues. Well done !
