Hike is a great platform. It gives actionable insights for both an agency and the customer in a way that they can easily understand and digest. The built in tools are great and white label is good too. My clients really like it - and it was what I needed to get them to invest more in their SEO efforts.
Their server was down for a whole day and no notice whatsoever; we lost many deals because of this. Unreliable website and even worse customer support/service. No compensation or even an apology. A utter shame for a long time user like me. Will NOT recommend.

Found it really simple to set up and got some great insights immediately.
Love the to-do list style of the app, all presented in priority order. Makes it easy to improving on our SEO without needing to overcommit resources to it. Perfect for startups.
