The solution I needed was probably complex but understanding the problem was not. After an hour the 'expert' still did not understand the problem let alone have a solution. So this was a serious waste of my time. I fell this would not have happened if we could speak to each other.
Also the sound notification using Apple and Chrome doesn't work meaning it's hard to work on other tasks while waiting for the response.
I'm, sure I would recommend this if these significant issues could be fixed.
