Canny has made it incredibly easy to gather and organize real feedback from our users. It's been a game changer for prioritizing updates and keeping our roadmap aligned with customer needs. The only challenge we’ve faced is managing duplicate feedback entries, which can occasionally make analysis a bit tricky, but the benefits far outweigh this minor inconvenience.
We’ve been using Canny to sort through feature requests, and it’s been super helpful for understanding what our users really want.
