Currently you're collecting feedback from Intercom, Zendesk and Help Scout, right? Any plans on integrating it with live calls and emails?

Hi @anliamets Thanks for the congrats :) We also collect feedback from Gong's call transcripts, so you can get feedback from calls that way. We're definitely looking at other integrations to add soon as well. Email could be really interesting :) If you're more technical, you can also connect your data sources to Autopilot via our API and we can identify feedback that way.

Congrats on the launch! Super interesting functionality. Do I need to use all of these features together, or can I enable just the ones I want to use? When finding feedback in chats, how accurate is your AI at detecting it accurately?

@ph_andrew_s Thanks Andrew! Feature Discovery, Comment Summaries, and Smart Replies are all independent features and you can use whichever you like. Feedback discovery is pretty darn accurate. We set an internal benchmark goal of 99% accuracy, and we hit that. We've been running a beta test with some of our users for several months and they're also seeing strong results.

@mashy we ran a closed beta specifically to test, measure, and iterate on that. We're now collecting more real data to improve even further. We’ve prioritized our model to prioritize accuracy over volume. This is how we get the best possible results. Working on improving even further as we speak :)

Super proud of the team that built this! I've noticed a few questions about how accurate Autopilot is. Thought I'd share some Tweets from our co-founder, Andrew: "We created internal benchmarks to evaluate Autopilot. Our goal was 99% accuracy and we kept iterating until we hit that mark. Obviously real-world data is different than an internal benchmark. That's why we've spent the past few months running an internal beta with dozens of our existing customers. Autopilot works well today, and is only going to get better. More feedback sources, even better accuracy, more context about your business, and more use cases."

Hey @jgani, summarization and deduplication work extremely well. We first tested Autopilot against internal benchmarks and were hitting 99% accuracy. We’ve been running a beta with existing Canny customers for the past few months. Accuracy isn’t quite 99% on real-world data, but we’ve gotten positive feedback and have identified the next steps to iterate on in Q2. We’re also pretty liberal with providing extra credits for the purpose of testing it out. We’d love for people to try it out and gain confidence in the tech before committing to a paid subscription.
