Love it, it compresses multi-step requests into a few clicks. Before Cabal, an ask like "does anyone know someone in product at XYZ company" would require me to clarify the request, check LinkedIn, and write a draft email. Cabal determines how I can help and tees up an email for me automatically. Huge time saver.
