I like it, I felt it for some time and its a huge pain. However, should it be address by the companies or individually by the employees? What do you guys think?
Thanks Roberto! Great question - we definitely believe the employer has a huge responsibility in addressing burnout. That's why Burnout Bot is developed in a way to surface insights and interventions to managers, HR, and leadership so they can take the necessary steps to prevent burnout before it happens or intervene when symptoms appear.
We also firmly believe asking employees to do more when they are already at risk of burnout is the wrong approach. That's why we designed Burnout Bot to be automated, low-touch, and un-intrusive. Rather than ask employees to fill out additional surveys or take extra steps, we simply try to collect the data we need without a bunch of extra manual steps!
Highly recommend working with this team! We used their beta version and had a fantastic experience with their team. Their CEO has been a Lon time supporter and advisor to me in high quality time off practices, which have helped my burn out!
Thank you so much Kelly!!! It has really been a pleasure working with you and your team to help give us such valuable feedback on the product. Really appreciate everything!
