I like it, I felt it for some time and its a huge pain. However, should it be address by the companies or individually by the employees? What do you guys think?
Thanks Roberto! Great question - we definitely believe the employer has a huge responsibility in addressing burnout. That's why Burnout Bot is developed in a way to surface insights and interventions to managers, HR, and leadership so they can take the necessary steps to prevent burnout before it happens or intervene when symptoms appear.
We also firmly believe asking employees to do more when they are already at risk of burnout is the wrong approach. That's why we designed Burnout Bot to be automated, low-touch, and un-intrusive. Rather than ask employees to fill out additional surveys or take extra steps, we simply try to collect the data we need without a bunch of extra manual steps!
I really appreciate about Burnout Bot is its focus on providing users with analytics on work sustainability. It's always great to have insights into how our work habits impact our overall well-being. Congrats to team Burnout Bot on the launch 🚀
There's finally an app that has come to remote/hybrid era. Productivity hasn't really seen an impact on a grand scale post pandemic and the now normal way we work. So to find something that's not only affordable, but helps me and my team take a breather automatically is awesome. The dashboard helps us see the ebb and flows and really dictate when things start to hit the fan of too much. I'm ready to see what else the Cultiveit team can develop as the app continues to scale.
Congrats on the launch!🚀 Love that Burnout Bot is grounded in research, and responds to team behavior with actionable tips. Is there a MS Teams version/add in coming soon? 🤞
