Wow, the name 'Bugasura' is just perfect and catchy! It immediately takes me back to those mythological tales of monsters (Asurs) causing trouble for ordinary folks, and how it connects to the bugs tormenting our software nowadays. 'Bugasura' comes to the rescue! wow.. Congratulations on the product launch!

I have been using Bugasura for an year + now. I love the new features that come in frequently. They are modern and futuristic than typical.
user friendly interface and easy to track bugs
Easy to use, light-weight, host of features, light on the pocket and a useful issue tracker.
Reporting bugs is super easy with Bugasura. I love the fact that there is a Chrome reporter and Android reporter that makes my job faster and easy.
Today, we have 80% of what features we need. We let go the need of a few features to get Bugasura but the decision is worth it. Over time I hope Bugasura would certainly have 100% of what we want.
