Since SMARTACTIONS wasn't compatible on my newer Android phone, I used Agent for a while. I liked the easy setup and basic calibration, but Agent is not as easy to customize for what I need it to do. And customer service/support is not always easy to reach or to ask for assistance if you ever have to remove Agent (e.g. phone reboots or repairs, phone wipes).
