Your top 3 deal in 22?)

Today is the first day of the last month of 2022 and the first winter day ❄️
For me, that was really a really inspiring year, and I figure out 3 main achievements and insights for myself.
- understand that delegating a searching product-market fit to the team without the founder's involvement is the biggest failure
- the hardest thing is managing your remote team in 3 different time zones (PST, EET, and ICT)
- 1 week is enough to test any hypotheses, and 1 month is enough to build a product based on code if you're focusing on it
What about your top 3 deals/achievements/insights of this year?

Great topic!
1) Launch fast, only if you have a great user experience.
2) Talk to your users daily.
3) Public building is the key to a great launch, don't be afraid of sharing your experience!

Great topic starter! Difficult to choose just 3 after this learning curve, but I'll try:
- if you can progress without fundraising venture capital, just do it! Get stronger, gain more traction, and they'll come to you ;-)
- in every deal (incl. agreements with partners) align the details and conditions as early as possible and in writing
- being in the investor's shoes is not always more relaxed and comfortable than being in the founder's shoes... sometimes even more stressful
