Your preferred task manager for a tiny 🐣 team?

I've essentially got a team of three, with two that are part-time/transient. I'm thinking Notion might be best but not sure if others have recommendations. I generally just use paper and pen for myself but that doesn't sync very well 😅

I second Notion. We are a team of five, had started with Notion 3 years ago and it has been working magic ever since. Not just for task management, but keeping all the knowledgebase and docs together in one place with smooth cross-referencing does miracles for productivity. They also now have their own AI assistant that learns from your context, and can be quite helpful. You might also try some open-source alternatives to Notion. For example, appflowy.io looks promising, I was thinking of giving it a try at some point.
