Your MVP is ready, now what?!

The first prototype is done, but now comes the hard part - feedback, iteration, and pitching. What’s your approach to turning a prototype into a product investors and users love? ------------------------------ Instead of relying on traditional methods with long turnaround times, we've introduced a new way for founders to redefine their MVP development strategy with Helix. Building a successful MVP is no small feat, and after nearly a year of working closely with founders, we've identified a common challenge: uncertainty about which features to include. This uncertainty often leads to wasted time, effort, and money on introducing or modifying features, reworking user journeys, and adjusting UI/UX without clear direction. That’s where Helix steps in. 1. Helix empowers founders to visualize the first draft of their idea in just 3 minutes. 2. By generating 80% of your prototype upfront, Helix streamlines the early stages of development. Its intuitive interface and robust customization options guide you in perfecting the remaining 20% with ease. 3. With feature flow mapping, Helix allows you to define, adjust, and finalize user journeys effortlessly. 4. The resulting visual prototype becomes a powerful tool for gathering feedback from your team, co-founders, investors, family, and friends. Incorporating feedback is quick and seamless, enabling rapid iteration. When you’re confident in your prototype, Helix sets the stage for the next big step: building your MVP. We’d love to hear your thoughts on Helix. We’re launching soon on Product Hunt, and it’s free for now as we’re eager to receive genuine feedback. Now... Talk to customers and ask them to try the product for FREE. Ask them for their honest feedback. Stop all dev work. Once you have enough feedback, prioritise the feature requests and work on the ones that are absolutely needed.

Try to ask people who would probably be your potential users – ask them to try your product for free, you can use also call and discuss improvements – those recommendations that repeat, apply (improvement in progress). Is any particular part you want to help with?

Get feedback through product hunt community, Reddit, Twitter and your friends circle. And try to implement at least 50% of the suggestion made by the initial users. Implement the rest in the coming days. Feedbacks are crucial while launching a product, i was ignoring it when i developed my first product thinking i know the product better it didn't turns out well. And optimise your landing page. Say what your audience want to hear ;)

Talk to users, collect feedback, and iterate! Early adopters can be your best advocates if you engage them. Prioritize the most requested features/fixes. And start building a community around your product to drive organic growth and word-of-mouth referrals. Good luck!

The next step is all about refining and iterating based on user feedback. After testing the MVP with real users, it's essential to prioritize feedback, especially on usability and functionality, and keep tweaking the product.
