@lukas_deconantsesznak the motivation goes away after a while. As for me, i always ask myself why i started the project in the first place, and whenever i remember what im building is solving a problem i am facing, the motivation will come back
my biggest challenge has been managing the delicate balance between scaling rapidly to seize market opportunities while ensuring our product quality and company culture do not suffer in the process.
Self-motivation. Especially true for solopreneur
Staying on top of all aspects of the business like customer service, finance, marketing, development and what not
Discipline - pushing boundaries and embracing discomfort.
Discipline and ability to assemble the right team.
Team management.
@oleg_eltsov yeah that is a real issue. Each member of your team has to be a team player
Definitely Sales. I love my product and i love to make it better but making sales for now is not my highest excitement.
Hafting the right project team.
