Imagine you can spend an hour with the CMO of any company you know. You can ask them about anything. Who would it be? What would you like to ask them? Especially early founders, what would you like to know from them in your situation?

For my part, I usually ask myself the question for the majority shareholder or/and the CEO, but for the cmo i will ask : what are your personal goals in life and in business?` what are your objectives for your teams and the company? What do you think is stopping you from achieving them? What do we have to do ? to improve ?

I would ask 3 questions: 1. Tell me about a time when someone you were in charge of made a mistake, someone you answered to made a mistake, and when you made a mistake. How did you deal with each scenario? 2. Let's say I take away 50% of your current budget, what would you prioritize? 3. If I increase your budget by 50%, what would you prioritize?
