Hey there, As a tech enthusiast who's constantly juggling startup life and agency hustle, I know the struggle of maintaining healthy eating habits in a fast-paced world. From my experience, incorporating nutritious ingredients into quick and tasty recipes has been a game-changer. As for managing my diet plan, I've dabbled with a couple of apps, but nothing beats good old pen and paper (with a sprinkle of data science, of course). When eating out, I try to opt for dishes that are balanced in nutrients and flavors. And as for balancing various nutrients, I rely on a mix of intuition and occasional consultations with experts. My top tip? Don't overcomplicate it - simplicity is key. What about you? I'd love to hear how you navigate the world of healthy eating!

@thestarkster Just like what you said, I am starting my dietary health management. For this reason, I have conducted research and study, hoping to reasonably manage my dietary health through a more effective health management app.

I only eat meat for 1-2 days a week and try to eat many vegetables. Starting the day with a muesli and fruits is a good start for me.

@marvin_maendle Judging from your diet, you rarely consume meat, so do you have obvious hunger every day?

I use myfitnesspal, to count calories and track my food. I have tried atkins diet, keto, low-fat and others and in my case they all work to an extent, but not sustainalbe on the longterm. Avoid processed foods and eat within your macros, eat locally (veggies and fruits that are in season) and eat the healthy fats, drink at least 3 lts of water per day.
