Would you rather build out a MVP as quick as possible or ask users whether they prefer product/SAAS?

As a SaaS Product Demo animation explainer video expert, I would build out an MVP as quickly as possible. This would allow me to get my product in front of users and get their feedback as soon as possible. Once I have feedback from users, I can then iterate on my product and make it better.
