Would you care to share some of the difficulties that you've dealt with?

Starting a new business is one of the hardest things that you can do in this life. I likely would not have listened if someone told me that 5 years ago. The average person probably won't listen or grasp what all it takes. If that is true, they definitely wouldn't have the respect deserved for a founder that has managed a new business through the past 3 years. If you are running, footed a large payroll, or have ever built a business from the ground up, would you care to share some of the difficulties that you've dealt with?
