I have been living in northern california for 33 years. I built a niche B2B business and have remote employees in multiple states since pandemic.  I love living in the small town of Rocklin and in the last few years we had an influx of BATs (Bay Area Transplants) who have increased our property values, which initially excited folks but now everyone with a home is home-equity rich but can’t cash out to get a better home!
