1. Use your calendar to schedule workouts and self-care. Block out time on your calendar for exercise classes, walks with coworkers on your lunch break just like any other important meeting. 2. Prep healthy meals ahead of time. On your day off, spend an hour prepping healthy snacks and meals for the week so you aren't stuck grabbing fast food when you're starved and short on time. 3. Automate your nutrition. Use smart AI tools to get smart meal recommendations & track your nutrition easily with just a picture of your meal (We’re building “Ritebite” precisely to help with this - https://www.producthunt.com/prod...) 4. Prioritize sleep. Getting adequate, quality sleep is crucial for your health and productivity. Avoid screens before bed, keep a consistent sleep schedule, and don't sacrifice sleep for extra work when possible. 5. Take microbreaks. If you work long hours, set reminders to take short 5-minute breaks every 90 minutes to stretch, grab water, or chat with a buddy. Microbreaks help re-energize and reduce eyestrain. What are some tips that have worked well for you?

I think this is good advice, the whole difficulty of finding the right balance in the whole routine. Nutrition, proper and sufficient amounts of vitamins, water, activity, sleep, all this is important. Fortunately, there are now many solutions available, such as vitamin complexes like Cyto-Matrix https://shop.nutrichem.com/produ... or something similar if your body is not getting enough
