Work from a beach 🏖, or work from a hill station?

Hill stations are beautiful but I think they're too cold to live there. I vote beach.

hill station in summer, beach in winter!

maybe smaller town cities are better, with easy access to facilities when needed, hill stations are okay for sometimes or to escape heat etc but long term benefits in terms of infrastructure or networking with others there is not much scope.
