Will the Advancement of AI Reduce Hiring? How Can We Adapt to Survive?

I think the increase in productivity will shrink the hiring market. What do you think? And what kind of strategies or adaptations do you think are necessary for survival in this changing landscape?

As long as people embrace the NEW technology and try to learn it, the NEW technology will enrich our life and make things easier for us. Think about carmakers who started using conveyor belts and robots. The workers back in that time might thought the new tech would replace their job, but in reality, they helped the people to work more efficiently. Beside, people will always have to confirm the results and products made by AI. Only people that will be replaced by AI are those who reject the flow of change and shy away.
